Worth County divorce records can be secured through the State Office or through the Probate Court in Worth County. The Department of Public Health is the Peach State’s central storehouse for all vital records. Divorce records that are available here are those registered since June 1952. Files on divorces that transpired prior are only available through the Probate Court or through the County Clerk’s Office. Also, certified copies of divorce decrees are restricted to the individuals involved in the event and to those whose purpose for the procurement is valid such as criminal background examination.
